My approach to design

1. I love discovering and framing problems
Challenging complexity, mapping ecosystems and finding connections is the key to shape solid - long lasting solution. Saving time, money and tons of stress.

2. I value meaning over "form and function"
What's the added value of our solution? I empathise with people I work with/for to understand what creates discomfort, then work to make their days a bit better.

3. I’m really good at spotting intersections
My horizontal know-how over different industries allows teams to zoom through explorations of the "problem/client metaverse", to highlight opportunities.

4. I believe in teamworking and knowledge sharing
I'm competitive towards problem, not people. I love learning new things and new approaches, to bring changes in systems and mindsets. In a single word: innovation.

5. I enjoy getting my hands dirty
I like to move agilely: sharing work in progress and building quick and dirty prototypes, to help visualize team's ideas and to think faster and on-point.

6. I foster deep insights, truth and clarity
I enjoy discovering the universes behind people and spend time reflecting of what I'm learning. I’m direct in communication, not easily offended and always in for a joke.
